Shipping Policy

Orders within Japan

Orders are shipped by Sagawa Express. In-stock items normally ship the next business day unless otherwise noted on the product page. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. (For pre-orders, please check the shipping date on the product page.)

Shipping is free throughout Japan, excluding Okinawa and remote islands, to which we are unable to ship.

Delivery normally takes 1-3 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse. Deliveries may take longer during campaign periods and national holidays.

International orders (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea)

All international orders ship from our warehouse in Japan.

• Delivery time: approximately 10-15 business days from dispatch. Customs processing in your country may add time.
• Shipping cost: calculated at checkout by size and destination.
• Tracking: provided by email once your order ships.

Import duties and taxes. International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Where your country applies import duties, GST or VAT, these are payable by the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs authority. They are not included in our prices. As a guide: Hong Kong applies no import charges; Singapore, Taiwan and South Korea generally apply import GST/VAT and may apply duties.

South Korea: customs clearance requires a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC / 개인통관고유부호). [Collection mechanism TBD — see Flags.]

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. Unclaimed or refused shipments returned to Japan cannot be re-shipped free of charge.
