Shipping Policy

Orders within Japan

Orders are shipped by Sagawa Express. In-stock items normally ship the next business day unless otherwise noted on the product page. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. (For pre-orders, please check the shipping date on the product page.)

Shipping is free throughout Japan, excluding Okinawa and remote islands, to which we are unable to ship.

Delivery normally takes 1-3 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse. Deliveries may take longer during campaign periods and national holidays.

International orders (Singapore, Hong Kong)

All international orders ship directly from our warehouse in Japan.

• Carrier: Sagawa GlobalPost, delivered by Japan Post and your local postal service.
• Delivery time: typically 7-10 days from dispatch. Customs processing in your country may add time.
• Shipping cost: calculated at checkout on the total parcel weight. Approximate rates per item are shown below; adding a cover or blanket may move your order up one weight band.
• Tracking: provided by email once your order ships.

Import duties and taxes. International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

• Singapore: import GST (9%) on the goods and shipping is collected by the courier on delivery, not at checkout.
• Hong Kong: no import duty or tax on delivery.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. Unclaimed or refused shipments returned to Japan cannot be re-shipped free of charge.
